Microfiber / Polyester Comforter & Duvet Insert

I was very disappointed with this ComforterDuvet insert. The comforter look nothing like the advertised photo. The comforterinsert was very thin. There was no bulk or thickness to this comforterinsert. I ordered a king size to go with the Jacobean Duvet Set. It was a bit short for for the king size duvet. The insert did not do much for the duvet. I would have preferred more fullness. One good think about the comforterduvet insert is that it came with ties. The ties keep the duvet in place. Overall I would not recommend this comforterduvet insert. It’s made very cheap and flimsy. As a comforter it’s not very attractive or effective of keeping you warm or cool. As a king size duvet insert it was too small for my king size duvet. The duvet was flat and added nothing towards the look of the duvet.

Nice sizing, but this duvet is just too thin. I wish the duvet also felt heavier, but it is also very light. Honestly, it does feel rather like a blanket than a decent duvet. I prefer my duvets heavier and thicker. For those who like a thinner aisle approach, this is it for you.

This is a nice little stand alone comforter or duvet insert! The stitching ensures fluff stays in place and it hasn’t clumped after a few washes. We like the added feature of loops on corners and in the middle of each side should you want to make it a duvet insert. It’s soft but a little wrinkly which I’m sure can be steamed if desired.
