I like this rug. It is soft and looks exactly the way in the picture before I bought it. I gave it a 4 because one of the edged is ravelling out a bit.

Item is very soft, plush like. Feels really good when you step on it barefoot. The design and the gray color on the white background is very tastefully done. Only thing I noticed that it leaves lots of fuzz if it touches your clothes. It may lose the fuzz, once washed a couple of times. Other than that, it is a quality item that I can comfortably recommend.
