This is not the first mattress in a box that we've ordered, but it's the first one we ordered from Wayfair. We received our mattress and immediately unpacked it. It's been out around 60 hours, so it should be fully expanded, however, it's only 9" when it should be 10". The cover is loose and the corners are lumpy.
