The box arrived ripped, and the plastic packaging inside was also torn and exposed. Unfortunately, the mattress itself has several areas where the fabric is damaged, with some of it pulling out and appearing as though it could tear further. I’m disappointed with the condition it arrived in. After this experience, I’m hesitant to purchase similarly large clearance items in the future, especially when the condition upon and through the process of delivery that makes me concerns about the quality of the product.

I usually get a more expensive brand. I’d say it’s not as nice but I didn’t pay as much as I pay for other ones. It’s not bad.

Very pleased and satisfied with the purchase of the premium cooling foam hybrid twin mattress. I would gladly purchase another if needed. Love Wayfair!
