This mattress arrived quickly and conveniently wrapped and sealed for immediate out of the box use. Once I opened the box, it was easy to pull the mattress out by the extra plastic on the top, I placed it right on the bed and cut the plastic. There was no scent or any type of smell, it inflated fully within minutes and was ready to use the same day. The memory foam was very comfortable. Laying on it feels firm and soft all at once. Having slept on it for a few weeks, I no longer feel the shoulder pain or the sciatica discomfort in the morning.

I am beyond pleased with this mattress purchase. I never knew a mattress could be this comfortable. I was hesitant to purchase online, but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. Just the right amount of plush with firmness beneath the softness - thats the only way I know to explain it. No more backaches in the morning!! My previous mattress was an old-style foam and I would wake up numerous times during the night because I would be too hot - even when I bought cooling pads. Not so with this one - it stays cool. And it doesnt have any pungent smell. I would recommend it to everyone. Quality and comfort are what you get with this mattress, well worth every penny.

First memory foam mattress I ever had that truly have no smell . Even big name mattresses had smell but this one didn't that's impressive! it came in a box and expanded as soon as I opened and in 48 hours it was 12" high as promised. it is a medium firmness and super comfy. it balances between firmness and softness and helps relieve pressure points. after over a week I can say I woke up comfy every day and can feel the difference from my previous mattress.

Arrived a few days early - which was great. However, it has been 3 days and it still has not expanded all the way - gets a bit closer every day, just not there yet. I didn't think it would take this long.

Somewhat disappointing. I was super excited about this mattress. I am a HUGE researcher, and felt this would be great for the chronic pain I have due to autoimmune and old sports injuries, as well as my hubby’s occasional aches and pains. Sadly, no. First, we purchased the 14”, and after 72 hours of expansion it was only up to about 8-12”. We did everything according to the manufacturer’s instructions and still this was the result. We have had to sleep on it anyway, and after a week the top have has almost expanded all the way (apparently sleeping on it expedites expansion), but the bottom part never fully expanded. It is supposed to be “mediun firm,” but even the top half fully expanded it feels more on the true firm side. It is the opposite of comfortable for sleeping. Due to the lack of expansion it could be overall defective. Wayfair was quick to initiate the return, but their pick up service still hasn’t contacted me for the returnafter two weeks of starting the return process.

Okay the mattress is so comfortable we slept like king and queen on it but sadly it didn’t expand like it had to, I ordered a 14 inch and after 72 hours it only made it to 9-10 inch so they send me a replacement hopefully it is able to expand

This mattress is definitely VERY comfortable. It’s so helpful for my husband back pain, definitely on the firm side. I can sleep as baby the entire night, I don’t feel at all if my husband is moving, when he wakes up, etc. lovely! The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is for the edge support… mmm nop, this has not edge support at all. If you take a sit close to the edge, you can feel how little by little you start falling off. But for the price is just perfect!
