Truly excellent, no fluff. The mattress is heavy . You need two people if you’re bringing it up the stairs. It’s easy after that. Use the inclosed tool to cut through the first layer of plastic and it begins inflating. Cut through the remaining plastic and listen to the hiss. Remove the plastic and it immediately inflates. This is not one of those mattresses that you need to wait 72 hours to inflate, it’s literally ready to go. If you need a firm mattress that’s not hard, but stiff enough, this is the one. Love that’s it’s not bouncy. Overall great product!

The mattress arrived well packaged. When I opened it, it had no smell at all. Seems like a good quality mattress. My only complaint is that is feels more like a medium rather than plush to me. Otherwise recommended

Comfortable Mattress! I purchased the queen size 14 inch. Fit my queen size bed frame perfectly. This mattress is pretty comfortable. The top layer will mold to body a little bit. The firmness is a medium level. Very high quality. Seems like it will last awhile. Love the fabric. No noise when moving around. I also can't feel my spouse moving. No dipping or sliding. Highly recommend!

The weight of this mattress was much heavier than anticipated or other bed in a box mattresses but still manageable with two people. We ended up keeping the old box spring though one is not required. Even with a 14 inch mattress, it still seemed lower to the ground. The mattress looks beautiful is so soft to the touch and comfortable to lay on. It is the right type of firmness for side and back sleepers. We aren’t belly sleepers but perhaps that as well. Some bed in boxes have a distinct smell to them but this one was not overpowering. We waited 24 hrs to move it into the master bedroom and the smell was gone other than just new smelling. After a 25 year old mattress, we are very pleased and looking forward to many amazing nights sleep.

You pay for what you get. Not a plush more like a medium firm. And the material is not higher end feels cheap no cooling technology. And the springs are noisy always popping.
