Smells like chemicals and the pillow is just loose memory foam pieces in a zippered covering

the form is perfect for my neck however I cannot use it. The smell is awful. I don't know what it is but cannot air it out to get rid of the smell.

My Grand Prince has a pillow like this. He loves it but, it has been destroyed by his dog, Milo. Cutest dog EVER ! Anyway, counting the hours till Santa presents it to him ! As of now, Off to wrap in my workshop

Very supportive pillow with an excellent shape, especially for side sleepers. I noticed I was getting stiff neck and arm pain from supporting my head with my forearm while sleeping. This pillow helps keep your spine aligned and keeps the muscles from working overtime. It definitely feels different than regular pillows and takes some getting used to, but overall it helps. I did not particularly notice any cooling benefits. It does have the strange odor you usually get with new memory foam. I’m hoping that will fade with time.
