I am a very hot natured person, so when I saw this pillow is supposed to be a cooling pillow I jumped on it! However, after using this pillow I discovered that I sweat when using this pillow. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This pillow is a good mix of firm and soft, and is a great height and angle for the neck to rest on. My spouse used it for a few days, and it relieved some of the neck and back pain he'd been having! You could also rotate it to get a little more height if needed. The one thing I'll note is that it comes with a pillowcase to cover up the foam pillow, but the material is very slippery and the pillow will sometimes slide around. If you put another pillowcase on the outside, it also will slide off.

I have to sleep with a c pap mask! Side sleeping works best for me! I’ve been sleeping on a similar pillow for many years! Tried my new pillow last night! It is soft but very supportive! I give this an A plus! Thanks again Wayfair!

This is a wonderful pillow. It’s so soft when it came in the little box I was a little concerned, but it fluffed up very quickly and it’s really soft in the material is cooling so when you lay on it, it cools you off it’s very soft but it holds you in it for support which is really nice. I sleep on my side and it feels like it’s holding my neck and my head nicely but yet it’s still soft so it’s not hard like you would think it’s very comfortable. The material on the outside is soft too. I really like that you can wash the cover too. It has a zipper so you can just zip it and wash it. I’m very happy with this pillow. It’s wonderful
