So far so good! I know it's gonna take a while for my back to adjust to the new feeling (bad lower back and arthritis). But I know it's helped my husband already, and I feel better every night/morning. Helps with "filling the gaps" and pressure points on our aging mattress. UPDATE: FELL APART WITHIN MONTHS. GARBAGE
