Delvale Contour Plush Memory Foam Standard Cooling Bed Pillow (Set of 2)

It's not a cooling pillow, then again, how do you really put that feature in a pillow that is priced this low? I sleep on it and it comfortable enough.

Great pillow just hard to find a pillow case that makes it look normal.

Cooling effect is perfect no complaints great buy!

My one star rating is primarily aimed at Wayfair's poor customer service rather than the product itself, since I was never sent the correct item. I ordered this 24" x 16" pillow but received one that was much smaller - about 19" x 12". The process of returning it was a major pain, even though it was Wayfair's error. They then sent me a replacement, but it was the exact same product - again, the 19" x 12" pillow! So if you order this item, be prepared to get the wrong product, since it would appear to be coded wrong in the warehouse. Although I flagged this, Wayfair were not able to get an answer from the manufacturer as to why this was happening.
