The quality is very poor, it looks like an empty case.

Its very comfy and fluff up right away.

It’s a nice feeling pillow, but a bit too stuffed it kind of made my neck hurt trying to sleep on it and I took all of my pillows off my bed. You only need this one pillow. But my husband sleeps fine on his. 

These pillows are the softest yet memory foam pillows I have ever used. They are so very comfortable. I highly recommend!

So comfy!! I love how thick it is, with a satin pillowcase it’s like sleeping on a cool comfy cloud! I’m a side sleeper and I tend to move a lot, and it stays put and works great!
