Nice pillow! Have been sleeping on it for a few week now. It does help with neck pain and make sleeping a little better. It is not fluffy if that how you like your pillow, it is firm. It fit a standard pillowcase

This memory foam pillow is ergonomically contoured and includes an ultra soft tencel pillow cover. The curved edges are of different heights, so if you find one side too steeply lifted, just switch to the opposite side. It is soft and supportive. I’m getting used to the firmness and haven’t experienced neck pain.

I am a side sleeper and have found this contour pillow to be perfect for this position. The pillow came rolled up in an airtight package, but quickly regained it's shape. There was no odor to the pillow. I found it to be firm enough for my head to not sink, but also soft enough to be comfortable.

I love this pillow. The contours are just the right height for excellent neck support. It is very big. A queen sized pillow case barely fits. The cover is soft. It can be turned around to the other side if one side gets warm.

I'm very picky about pillows, so ordering one online was a new experience for me. I love this pillow because it perfectly fits my sleeping position with its design. It's designed with two different size curves, to accommodate your neck. I found it firm, but soft enough to get the right support. So happy there is no smell, as that is a common issue with pillows. The easily-removed cover is a great bonus, and keeps the pillow clean. It comes in a box, pictured with this review. So once you remove the pillow from the box, then remove the plastic bag, it will take shape. I gave it overnight to fully expand.
