Very fluffy and nice. The first one didn’t fluff up more than an inch. Customer service was great. They exchanged it and the new one is wonderful

Wonderful mattress pad. Just a little extra cushion that I needed. Its like a pillow topper and the side strps keep it in place, even for highly aggressive sleeper.

I was staying at my niece and nephew's in Menlo Park for a few days, and asked why the bed was so comfy. My niece is a nighttime nurse, so daytime sleeping is invaluable. The mattress topper was the reason she sleeps well. I have a firm bed, which is problematic with the bursitis in my hips. I'm so excited!
