Already have two Fritsch 10.8 beds. One of the remotes went bad. I called Wayfair and was promised the remote would be sent. Instead today, October. 27th., another bed arrived, and we had to tell the FedEx driver the shipment was in error. Please tell me if and when the remote will be shipped.

I just want to say this is a perfect bed at I would advise anyone else having sleep problems with the legs or the back to order this bed you wake up feeling so much better satisfied

I love this bed. It is everything you see advertised. This beautiful bed is easy to put together, all you have to do is screw on the six legs and put in the two motors, one for the head and one for the foot then turn the bed over and pair the remote to the frame and enjoy. The directions are easy.
