It’s much harder than we thought it would be! The corners are smashed a bit but it does not seem to affect it. It fit the king size frame well. Hoping it will last.

Not bad for the price. Was hoping for a softer feel to the mattress or more of a memory foam feel but it works for now.

This mattress has been extremely uncomfortable and does not provide the level of support described in the product details. The mattress feels uneven, almost as if it is sloping, and the only area that offers any firmness is the very center. Because of this, I am unable to sleep comfortably unless I remain in the middle of the bed. Each night I wake up uncomfortable, experiencing body aches and cramping, which I did not have prior to using this mattress.

Not overwhelmingly impressed. However, it was under $200.00, so for the price, I can't complain too much. Material seems a tad cheap and after opening and letting it fluff up for 72 hrs, the top and bottom edges have not completely raised. It didn't have a 'smell', so that's good. I would place comfort level at a plush to medium. Definitely decent enough for a guest bed... If used for every day (night) use, would pay more for a higher quality and higher thickness (14", not 12") mattress.
