Very firm, if you like firm this will be the best purchase you have made in a while. It never feels like its losing its shape, its the only pillow I use now. Now I just have to figure out how to wash it so it doesnt get ruined

This pillow is firm, if you like a flatter pillow this isn’t the one for you. It took almost a month for it to start breaking in some and giving. Very impressed with the quality and weight of this pillow.

I bought this pillow thinking that it could be fully opened up like the picture shows to take out wool to make it softer, however that is not the case. The cover that comes on it has a zipper but the pillow itself does not. It is rock hard. The outer cover is also very rough. Might do well as a pillow sham but I cannot sleep with it as my main pillow through the night. Also questionable if this is actually Organic or not. Nowhere on the packaging does it have the USDA Organic symbol or stated anywhere besides the online listing. The tags attached to the pillow have no mention of organic either. As far as wool pillows go… I’m sure there are better choices elsewhere.

I suffer with bad allergies and was looking for an all natural pillow that would not sacrifice comfort. I was happy to come across this all natural, organic wool pillow. Not only will it help with my allergies, but also has a removable cover so it’s easy to clean. It has medium firmness and is quite comfortable. It is definitely in the higher price range for a pillow, but you can’t put a price on a good night’s sleep.

I feel like I did not get the pillow that I ordered. There was no removable cover and the pillow shows that there’s a zipper. There is no zipper. If I wanted to take some of the wool out, I would have to undo the seam and stitch it back up. This was a very firm pillow in fact, it felt so hard I could not sleep on it.
