Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this mattress. It was shipped quickly and well packaged and easy to set up. However, in less than a month of use, it's already sloping to the center. I made sure to follow the instruction allowing it to fully expand over at least a day. It's definitely not a medium firmness as advertised. I have added a bunkie board under the center which has helped some, but definitely not worth $400! If it wasn't such a headache to return I would've already returned it but took the partial refund instead.

This mattress is great !! The memory mattress is so comfortable.We got the best sleep on it just the right med firm but still soft .The quality is excellent. I would buy it again and looks great too love the grey instead of white.

This memory foam mattress arrived quickly. I ordered a 14 inch queen size mattress. It arrived compressed very tightly in the box. this is my second purchase of a Alwyn Home mattress. The quality of their mattresses are great. Once you remove the compression you will need to allow time wrap, you will need to allow time for the mattress to expand. I’m waiting for my bedroom furniture to arrive before I expand the mattress from Wayfair.
