Great mattress pad! Super comfortable. The strap slips off the side to hold it in place, however, it holds in place with a sheet on top anyway. It’s not too soft and not too hard. We love it! It’s just the right fit and runs true to size.

Not happy with this mattress topper. Upon opening the plastic wrappings the instructions indicated the topper will need 24 to 36 hours to achieve full expansion of the foam. I did follow the instructions and I was not happy with the results. The topper is VERY lumpy as it is composed of shredded foam pieces and not solid foam . Also this topper cannot be machine washable only spot cleaned. It’s VERY uncomfortable due to the lumpy nature of the shedded foam. Perhaps it will do well in a spare bedroom, one that is not used everyday otherwise I do not recommend this product.

This was well packaged but unfortunately it just misses the mark as a mattress topper. The Shredded foam isn't shredded so much as it is little blocks of foam which you can feel when you sleep on it. I would also say it doesn't quite reach the full number of inches it advertises.

I’m stuck between loving and hating this topper. The fluff out after letting it rest wasn’t what I expected. The pad was still quite lumpy feeling. There are times I lay down and I absolutely LOVE it but after resting for a moment, I can’t get pass the lumpy and uneven feeling.

Good product. Shipping was fast and package came clean. It came vacuum sealing in a bag and box. It opened fairly easily and the product expanded fairly over a few hours. There was a distinct odor at first but that went away. This queen topper was perfect for our camper. It definitely made the difference
