I thought I had found the perfect box springs for my son’s bed. I selected the Lorenz 7.5 wood box springs mostly because of the 862 pound weight capacity. I figured this should easily handle his frame. After carefully assembling the box springs, my son excitedly laid down on his new bed and immediately we heard a loud CRACK!!! Yes, the box springs cracked right down the middle! I contacted Wayfair Customer Service and they promptly refunded to me the total cost of the box springs. Although we were disappointed we couldn’t use our favorite box springs, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service we received.

Love the box spring! Really nice neutral gray shade.

We returned this immediately. It did not fit the mattress or bed frame that we also purchased from wayfair.
