This box spring was easy to put together, lightweight and durable! I paired it with my new bed frame, mattress and topper and it just made everything come together so well! The height is perfect especially since I was looking for something that would come farther off the ground than what I am used to! Would recommend!

It was easy to assemble but it was missing screws for me to complete the installation.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The box looks like it should be good quality, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and while they offered a 20 discount, I asked for a bit more since I really don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, buying another one, and waiting again for shipping. They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, so I’m still hoping for a better resolution. This is actually my third recent order with problems, which is very frustrating. I’ve been a Wayfair customer for years and never had this many issues before. Really disappointed with this experience. I received an email from Wayfair saying they are going to credit back to my original payment method, which I appreciate. I already finished building the box spring and, as I mentioned before, it does look like good quality overall. I really hope I won’t have any problems with it later on. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, so I’m hoping this issue was just an unfortunate experience.

We got it out of the box and right away finding lots of damage to the product very cheaply made. This thing is complete trash. We have two children that sleep on this and the bars all snapped from the frame can’t even get a refund.
