Not very good quality.. far too small to offer any support to the neck.

Not as described and from Maison Blanche . Is Alwyn even a brand name and where are they from? Had I known it was from Maison Blanche I could have got it for much less....and it is not 5" in height but around 2.5 " on one side and 4" on the other. That said, it is firm and I like it . Why not just say it's from Maison Blanche or Condelle etc..make you wonder about other "Alwyn" products.
