Got this memory foam pillow to replace an old one that was similar shape. While the foam is a nice quality, it’s a little thinner than I expected compared to competitor memory foam pillows. However, if you place on top of another pillow, it works just fine for what I was aiming for!

Pillow supports head and neck. It offers cooling relief. The fabric is very soft on the outside and the memory foam gives just the right amount of support. The packaging it great - the bag it came in. My daughter plans on taking this to college with her.

This pillow is awesome! I have purchased memory pillows before. After a while they lose their shape and get flat spots on them, making them not only unsightly, but uncomfortable as well. This pillow bounces right back and holds it shape beautifully. It is so soothing that I have relocated it to my computer chair. I spend hours on my computer and my ack and waist become quite sore. Since I put this pillow on the back of my compute chair, I noticed a big difference. Wow, this is one comfortable pillow. Definitely recommend this item.

When package arrived it was so small!! But once opened it extended. I like that it comes with a zipper bag to keep it clean. It is so soft and not too firm. So far we really enjoy this pillow and looking forward to getting another one.

This pillow got delivered in 2 days and was rolled in a tight package. Once I opened the package it immediately flattened out into the full shape and was in the package photographed with the handles. I took it out and it is exactly as promised, cooling gel on one side, covered by a thin material that can be zipped off in the back. It’s a standard sized pillow and it’s exactly what I was looking for since I run hot when I sleep.
