Newsoms Foam Body Pillow Medium Support Pillow

This pillow is great for back pain and disc pain sufferers like me. I was in a car accident and have nerve damage and L3-L4 disc damage. My mid-back also gets wonky. I usually use it to relax and watch TV although I want to try sleeping on it as well to reduce snoring.

I liked the smaller width, but it felt too firm for my shoulder. It would take a lot of work for me to become a back sleeper, rather than a side sleeper. It did not seem to help me enough to warrant working hard to get used to it.

Was really hoping this might help me with many problems, but unfortunately, it’s still too hard just like all my other bed wedges That I can’t use so I’m a bit disappointed and they say to shake it that is impossible. Very disappointing. Wish I could return. It never used. Can’t even go near it. It’s like a brick wall and would make my problems so much worse let me know if there’s a way to get my money back.
