Immediately when I unpackaged the mattress I could tell that there was a very distinct divot down the middle where the “hybrid coils” had been folded for vacuum sealing. I’ve bought multiple mattresses online and never had an issue with them regaining the intended shape until this one. Over the first 3 days I diligently tried standard fluffing techniques to ensure air was able to reach that middle section and fill it out. The mattress filled nicely with the exception of a significant gully right down the center due to the coils (which seem to be classic metal - not a hybrid coil as advertised) with no real success. I didn’t even bother with customer service because I knew I’d be pointed back to the manufacturer to settle the issue. The manufacturer had included a card with the mattress that stated that I shouldn’t open it until I was positive I would like it and keep it - because once the vacuum bag was opened there’s no way to repackage it for returns. Quite the Catch-22 to have to commit to a product functioning prior to being able to determine its functionality. So now I have to buy a rather robust memory foam mattress topper so my aging mother and other guests have a bed to sleep in that won’t create back issues from sleeping at my home when they visit. Ultimately, the additional mattress topper will double the cost of buying this mattress and defeating the purpose of ordering it from Wayfair on sale. It’s not designed to be vacuum sealed and folded in half or rolled for shipping. The photo was taken today - 2 months after receiving it with more than enough time for it to regain shape if it were going to do so.

I bought this mattress for a spare bed that doesn’t get used very often. I didn’t want to spend a ton but I wanted something decent. This mattress surprised me. It is very comfortable to sleep on. It expanded to size immediately and didn’t have any weird smells. My only complaint is that the corners don’t have a lot of structure and sag in if you sit on them.

I absolutely love this mattress! It’s soft but still firm, exactly as described. It’s super comfortable to sleep on, and I’ve been waking up feeling well-rested every morning. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive bed!
