Not what I expected . I fluffed it in the dryer and waited until the following day to put on my bed. The pad I received looks nothing like pad on the website. No way it is 3 and it doesnt conform to my body because there isnt enough filling . Just for the record I only weigh 152 lbs. I dont know if there is a return policy ,I didnt bother to ask because it was vacuum sealed and I tried it for 3 nights . It was a waste of money.

So pleased with my purchase! We got two new beds as part of an apartment redo and I felt like if I have a nice thick mattress pad, it will be an even softer sleep experience for me. So far I’m very impressed. Have not slept on it yet, but I have laid on it once I got everything put together. It is so plush on top of this new plush mattress – I love it! I am hoping for many wonderful nights of sleep. I hope it doesn’t flatten out too much – no kidding, it feels like you’re on a cloud.

Definitely super comfortable!! Cooling? I’m not sute if any more than ithers. It’s definitely not hot like my gel memory topper was!
