We were disappointed at how deflated it looked when it arrived, thought it just needed time for it to bounce back but it didn’t really. It had no odd smell though so that was a win but personally we prefer higher pillows that can better support our necks.

The Pillow was delivered well packed with no damage from shipment. The pillow’s texture is smooth to the touch and the thickness is just right. Its material is of a sturdy and durable finish. Its contoured designed and degree of softness is really comfortable to the neck. The item is designed in mind to make ones sleep a comfortable one.

So when I first got this package I was annoyed bc the box got destroyed and was opened so I was initially worried about the integrity of the product but once I fully opened the pillow it was very well wrapped with protection. Once I opened it was very flat, and there were no directions in or on the box so I let it sit in a warm area of the house overnight and it fully expanded by the next morning. It has helped with my next pain and is very comfortable and cool to the touch. I would definitely recommend.

Do not be surprised with how compact this looks when it arrives. Once out of the packaging, it “fluffed up” nicely. I’ve taken one star off only because I can’t tell yet if it does much more for my neck than a thin pillow I was using , but I do like it

worst pillow ever, does not bounce back. you find when you wake up that your head is on a thin crushed layer of foam.
