I would have given it 5 stars because I really like the product, but they “eco” packaged it. That means according to them they are saving on packaging to be green. I normally wouldn’t have a problem with that, but it was only put in a plastic mailer bag. By the time it was delivered to me it had holes in the bag and I could touch the unwrapped mattress pad through the holes. It turned out to be ok, but would have been happier if it had been properly wrapped. Definitely taking a chance that the product(s) can get damaged.

This mattress pad is alright. It is nothing fancy but it’s nicely quilted and has deep pockets too fit over my queen size mattress. It sleeps well but what I don’t like is the little crunch I hear when I lay on it sometimes not all the time just sometimes.

This mattress pad feels really soft. It does feel like after a few washes it might thin out a little. I have washed it once so far and it was fine. It did move a little throughout the night so I had a little bit of bunching but not a ton. All and all it works fine. Not top of the line but it is above the average.

We were in need of a mattress pad. This one filled the bill perfectly. It is soft and thick. It fits the mattress to perfection and is so comfortable. It is just what we needed to protect and provide comfort.
