I'm not sure why this product is rated as highly as it is. It's advertised as a 3" mattress topper. Even after allowing plenty of time for the topper to fully expand (most of which is nothing but air), when I lie on it, it's only about half an inch in real height. I ran into this same problem before with a supposedly 3" Chinese-made topper sold by Wayfair, which they replaced with a different one. Thankfully, it was a *real* 3", but it's no longer available on this site. So, I guess according to these product specs, a 3" topper now really means at most one inch (if I'm being generous). Heaven knows how pathetic the 1" and 2" toppers are.
