i got medium recently with high expectation but kind of disappointed with the quality. the pillow lost the firmness fluffyness within days and became a little better than my costco $25 pillow

these pillows are of the best quality I have come accross in a long while. The only thing I would do different is order the medium fill instead of the soft.

Pillows were expensive but well worth the price. They are loaded with down and extremely comfortable to sleep on. 5 star quality, 100 satisfied with pillows.
