The pop-up frame was missing a part, nothing major that couldn't permit me to finish assembling it. I contacted WF customer service to let them know a part was missing. So far so good. WF CS in turn passed it along to the seller. Here's where things went sideways. The seller instead of just sending the missing part started interrogating me, one email after the other asking for pictures of all the parts. Too late for that since the unit was already assembled. Then another email asking for pictures of the pop-up bed showing where the missing part is needed. This is where I lost my patience. I replied letting the seller know that not only was a part missing, but another part also arrived bent. I let the seller know in no uncertain terms that unless the missing part was sent to me ASAP, I'd be returning the entire unit and also leaving a negative review. Well surprise, surprise guess what, a few minutes later I receive an email from the seller letting me know the part is being shipped out, and I should have it in a week or so. Too late, their customer service is atrocious, and they tried to get out of backing their product. The quality of the daybed is average at best, missing and damaged parts coupled with non-existing customer service and no accountability. Be wary of this product and especially of this seller. Instead of backing the product the seller was tasking me with emails and pictures to prove their inadequacies and shortcomings.
