Lasted 3 years with only a minor hole where the seam started to separate. And we have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are on the rugs often so they are washed often. Great price for them and sturdy

I ordered 2 bath rugs, received 4 wrong brand, color and size. Then received 6 more, not 2 the color is not navy, 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, send a photo of the rug against a navy towel. The CSR tells me the rug color can vary and I ordered them and I’m going to pay to send them back. Worst possible customer service ever!!!!
