When I got the item, I tried to enter my info in the scale to begin weighing myself and getting all of the advertised features such as bone mass, muscle weight, water weight ,etc., however when I would weigh in I would get ERR2 which according to the manufacturer's manual means either your feet are too dry to conduct the measurement or the body fat percentage is either above the capacity of 50% or under 3%. I tried to moisten my soles, didn't work. Now apparently I have to grapple with the idea that I am over 50% body fat which I disagree is where I am starting off. ANYWAY, my point is that I didn't know there was a capacity for body fat percentage on the scale but the scale advertises that the weight capacity is 441 lbs where I could see many people exceeding the 50% capacity if they weight that much. Apparently if I were 8 inches taller then the scale will read the measurements.
