Very pretty. Just the color I needed.

I ordered 4 Brooks Bros bath towels. I received a confirmation email for 4 Brooks Bros bath towels. The packing slip in the package shows 4 Brooks Bros bath towels. Except the package contained 4 Brooks Bros hand towels. Not the same thing. I spent an hour Sunday filling out their form, taking photos of the package, the towels, the packing slip, etc., so I can return these hand towels and get a refund. The message said I would need to talk to a Wayfair human to get authorization and they would call me during regular hours. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, nothing. Today is Thursday and still no response. Awful customer service.

Fluffy and comfortable to use. In use for a year and they are like new. Love the loops on the end to hang them.

So glad these were still available because they coordinate perfectly with other purchases for my bathroom. Turnaround time was fast. Each item was packaged in its own flat celephane envelope. Impressive! Quality is good with a minor snag here. I would not hesitant to buy other Brooks Brothers merchandise.

Very nice towels. Not as plush as my husband likes.
