This comforter checked several boxes for me. Most importantly it is very comfortable, soft and warm - perfect for midwest winter nights unless you like to blast your heat and rack up your gas bill. It looks high quality on our standard king bed and lays over the sides with the perfect amount of slack. It has a very nice weight to it and has given us better, deeper sleep. It also had no chemical smell or odor at all right out of the zippered package. The next time I buy another comforter you can bet your bottom dollar I will be buying from the Coma Inducer line, because I have never been happier with a blanket.

not as dark as it looked in the picture but very nice. Super comfortable and warm.. and With a high mattress topper it's nice to find an "Oversized blanket" that is actually oversized and covers the sides of the bed.
