This is definitely a high-quality mattress! Is it "Ultra Plush? Well... it depends! Everything is subjective. If you are a skinny person, then this mattress will not be "Ultra Plush" but normal "Plush" but it will still relieve pressure points and contours your body. If you are a bit overweight, then this mattress will feel "Ultra Plush", and, of course, will relieve pressure points perfectly. Now, if you are obese, then this mattress will definitely be "Super Ultra Plush", and you will sink deep into it!! I am a slim, normal weight person, so, as far as I am concerned, this mattress is "Plush" not "Extra Plush", but honestly, it is difficult to find more "Plush" than that on the market. Compared with previous mattresses, I would still qualify this mattress as "Ultra Plush" in general! Nevertheless, I will still buy a 2 inch mattress topper for that "Super Extra Plush" feel, because I only like "Extremely Plush" beds. Lol! I hope this helps. Amazing mattress!! Soo plush Exactly as advertised

After three weeks found the mattress to be too soft for us so tried to return. Contacted Wayfair four times already, twice was told my card had been refunded and twice including the last time that it had been escalated to a specialized team to review. Clearly customer service lie to customers just to get you off the phone.
