Mattress started sinking after few months. No support from manufacturer or way fair.

Just what I needed. It is very stiff mattress and took my body about 5 months to adjust

Great mattress, we have been using this bed for 11 months now and enjoying every sleep. The mattress runs on the firmer side and supports really well.

The mattress arrived on time. Let it sit for 48 hours as per instruction. There was a smell upon taking it from shrink wrap. Thought it would go away after the 2 day period for getting it formed, but it didn't. Since I had bought warranty for it, they sent another one and same thing, I had to put it in the garage. Now the CS says someone will have to contact me from resolution center or another dept. which I forgot the name.
