Out of the package there wasn’t any odd odor, and it feels soft, but the fabric is definitely on the thinner side. Because of that, I’m a little concerned about durability, especially since our dog jumps on the bed and could easily snag it. I’ve only washed it a couple of times so far and have been careful to use a gentle cycle and low heat when drying. It’s held up fine for now, but I’m not totally confident how it will look after several more washes. Overall, really cute style — I just wish the material felt a bit sturdier.

One thing I'd like to point out is that it takes a full cycle of washer for cleaning. Overall, the balance of comfort, quality, and lightweight warmth really stands out to me.
