Very bad customer service when trying to return item. The color was off but a great deal. Was told the product was correct even though the orders numbers did not match what was on the site. Had to pay for shipping back to them. Not a happy customer.

The quality is good. The color was way off from the picture. I got the grey snd it is much darker than what I thought I was ordering.

The color looked more brown then gray and the material looks a bit cheep. The rug feels good on the feet but it doesn't look like a quality piece.

Excellent quality just a bit pricey. I love it.

I really like the way these look and the size is great. But they are a bit thinner than I expected.
