Ok so I have to say that the product itself is nothing amazing. Unfortunately this one didn’t work out for me. The first order was a full size instead of queen. The replacement came disfigured and would not fluff out after a few hours. However, Wayfair representative Cara was the most amazing rep. She was understanding and patient. She offered multiple options to help and I am so grateful I was able to connect with her! Thank you so much Cara. You are a true gem!!!
