It’s also great for my lower back and helps keep my spine aligned. The removable cover is machine washable, which should make it easier to care for. I did get a mark on it, so I will update with an after photo once it’s washed to see how it holds up.

The Hybrid Bliss memory foam sets it apart, making it soft and supportive while staying cool. For real, on any given night, I have no less than four different types of pillows supporting all the sore places on my body, and this pillow has been a perfect addition. It also helps with my posture and general comfort, especially my lower back. The gray quilted cover is thankfully removable and machine-washable and also blends pretty seamlessly with my other pillow decor. I’m starting to feel like a health supplies shop, and I fully embrace that aesthetic!
