Item was damaged. I could see where the packaging had been damaged. There was one piece of wood that was cracked and several edges looked unfinished. The wood looks beautiful but too many flaws. Return process seems pretty straight forward although I did have to call customer service as there was no option to return a damaged item that was free. After calling, I was sent an email with a return label and instructions. Pick up is from my house so very convenient.
