Finally opened the item and it’s missing a part to install the item. Manufacturer told me to reach out to Wayfair. Wayfair only seems to have AI and automated customer service chats so there hasn’t been any help or resolution for getting me the small part. Happy to leave a different review if I can get some help with the part to make the product work.
