I was disappointed as this was the only cover option for the Multi Position Pillow and expected a better quality cover. The pillow is made with a better quality material than the cover. Arrived with broken zipper and ripped at zipper. Awaiting reply regarding replacement. Cons: Poor quality, no color choice

It's a cliche, I know, but I wish I could give the piece of crap zero stars. I ordered two to use with the two pillows I purchased and they came out of the package with broken zippers (teeth and pulls were made of cheap, defective plastic, so not fixable) holes at both ends of the zippers where they were sewn in and loose threads and unraveling fabric everywhere. Wafair was great and sent replacements right away, but they were just as bad. I can't imagine this is a coincidence. Unfortunately, only these cases fit the multi-position pillow, which I am now stuck with because it's too late to return. (The pillow is great in and of itself BTW.) What I ended up doing was taking the two replacement cases to a seamstress for repair. She also made a few extras based on the design. So, the pillow is great but if you plan to buy it, be prepared to have cases custom made.

This pillow is okay, but not what I was expecting. I thought it would be firmer and not so soft.
