Coussin de lit standard relax

I was really looking forward to receiving this product, since I read in bed most nights and needed more support to due some neck problems. It was quite a bit different than what I expected. The picture shows a pillow with what looks like a pretty, decorated cover, and the round bolster at the top or thinnest part of the pillow. What I got was a wedge-shaped bolster, with a separate round pillow. It wasn't attached to the bolster at all. It was covered with something that looks like a thin, quilted mattress cover. Not a decoration to be seen and definitely not pretty, like the picture. When I tried to find a way to attach the round pillow to the thin part of the bolster so that I can use it in bed. I found two pieces of Velcro on the round pillow, but none at the top of the bolster. The only Velcro was at the widest part of the pillow, so it doesn't support my neck at all. I decided to keep it and attach Velcro to the top so that I can use it to read, and then, when I am feeling ambitious, sew a prettier and more comfortable cover. If you do decide to buy this, don't look at the picture.

The firmness is perfect for back comfort! I'm short so the neck support is too high for my neck, however, over all comfort and ease of use is good.
