Missed the mark is an understatement!!! The duvet is white not beige....misrepresented in the picture on your website. I want to return it but want to charge me for the return!!!! NOT HAPPY!!! Still haven't received a resolve from your customer service department.

It’s beautiful and the fabric is soft and easy to care for. I would normally not think of microfiber for a duvet cover but this feels almost like cotton.
