It is a comfortable pillow but just a little firmer than I thought it would be. It may soften a little over time but I sleep well on it anyway.

Listen, I’m a believer. I’ve been looking for a firm pillow that isn’t TOO firm. Other types of firm pillows have hurt my ears. This thing is amazing. It feels like a firm rubber that doesn’t really compress but is soft enough to be comfortable. I love it.
