Love the rug but when shipped, they folded it too tightly which left deep creases. I returned them & the new ones were not as bad but still had a folding crease. They also turned in edges so they were terribly wrinkled. Also, I’d like to suggest, if possible, where one edged part of the piping meets the other edge, it should overlap slightly so the white from under the microfiber doesn’t show & then there wouldn’t be a visible space.
