This has been a lengthy process but the store sent me 1 correct rug and 1 incorrect rug (2 of the same). They tried to rectify the error and resent the same incorrect rug. Not sure what's happening. Maybe the incorrect rug is under the wrong model number. Now I have 3 of THE SAME RUG! I ordered 1 moon shaped to prevent my door from dirtying the rug as the door opens and closes.
