Best pillows we have owned in a long time! Very comfy, hotel quality, don't hesitate as these are perfect, not too firm, not too soft, simply perfect!

The pillow arrived in an opened bag with a little dust on it. Comfort is so-so, it gets hard and lumpy after a while and needs to be fluffed. It is no cooler than other pillows. Overall, quite average.

It says it is bamboo but the filling is 100% polyester and the cover is 90% polyester (10% bamboo) so if you are looking for a natural fiber pillow this is not that
