Love this rug. Perfect size for my half bath and super soft.

The rug is what I expected except there were many loose clumps of white threads when I unwrapped the package. I’m just hoping this is not indicative of poor quality; hoping not to see more loose threads as I use the bath mat.

Ordered two of these rugs for the bathroom. One was fantastic. It was the specified size, plush, and tightly knit. The other was two inches shorter and had visible gaps in between each row, making it bumpy underfoot. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement rug. The replacement rug was slightly better, but not the same quality as the other one. It will be hit or miss whether you receive a high quality rug or a dud. 5 stars for the first rug, and 1 star for the second.

These look great, was really satisfied until I washed them. They say they are machine washable but tons of small fibers came loose and ended up all over the next set of laundry I washed plus could be shaken out of the rug. I still like the aesthetic but it’s a bit frustrating since they said they were machine washable
